Disc Repair Policy

Discs exhibiting cracks, foil damage, label damage, scratches that reach the data layer or layer separation are not repairable.
No refund will be issued in the event of an unsuccessful repair.

Limitation of Liability

Mediagarage.ca shall not be liable for claims made by third parties against you; loss or damage to data; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or savings, even if advised of the possibility; items lost in transit to or from the customer; or damage occurring during shipping or the repair process.

Privacy Policy
